MONTHLY PAYMENT REPORTS

It is recommended that the RTD Prime and Subcontractor Payment Report spreadsheets be used for all current and future monthly payment reports for all contracts with designated DBE or SBE goals. If the RTD Prime and/or Subcontractor Payment Report spreadsheets are not used for monthly reporting the Small Business Opportunity Office will not be responsible for accurately recording your information.

To copy the RTD Prime or Subcontractor Payment Report spreadsheet for import into a spreadsheet, do the following:

  1. Display the RTD Prime or Subcontractor Payment Report spreadsheet.
  2. Select the entire spreadsheet and click "Copy" from the "Edit" menu of your browser.
  3. Go to your spreadsheet and open an empty page.
  4. Set the page orientation of your spreadsheet to "Portrait".
  5. Click "Paste" from the "Edit" menu of your spreadsheet.
  6. Save the list.

·                     Request for Proposal No. 17FH004 Development Proposal for RTD Property at the Denver Federal Center was issued on Tuesday, October 2, 2007.  A Pre-Proposal conference was held at RTD on Tuesday, October 9, 2007.  Four (4) Proposals were received by the Contracts Division at RTD on Thursday, November 8, 2007 from AARDEX; Lincoln Property Co., Sunshine Development Inc.; Cherokee Denver, LLC and are being evaluated.  Award of 120 day exclusive negotiation period is recommended to AARDEX.

 

·                     Request for Proposal No. 18FR001 Owner’s Materials Verification Testing Services was issued on Wednesday, February 6, 2008.  RTD has specified a DBE goal of twelve percent (12%) for the work to be performed.  A Pre-Proposal conference was held at RTD Administrative Offices on Thursday, February 21, 2008.  Six (6) Proposals were received by the Contracts Division at RTD on Friday, March 28, 2008 from Kumar & Associates, RockSol; Kleinfelder, PSI, Ground Engineering and CTL Thompson.  Award is being recommended to Kumar & Associates pending successful negotiations and RTD Board of Directors’ approval.

 

·                     Invitation for Bid No. 38FP002 Aurora Center Pointe and Sable Bus Transfer Center Construction Project was issued on Tuesday, April 1, 2008.  RTD has specified a DBE goal of eighteen percent (18%) for the work to be performed.  A Pre-Bid conference was held at RTD Administrative Offices on Tuesday, April 22, 2008.  Three (3) Bids were received by the Contracts Division at RTD on Thursday, May 15, 2008 from Paramount Construction $1,496,790.97; Technology Constructors $1,820,021.00 and Larimer Construction $1,684,985.00 and are being evaluated.  Award is being made to Paramount Construction, the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.

 

·                     Invitation for Bid No. 28DK001 Cutaway Buses (14) was issued on Thursday, April 24, 2008.  Three (3) Bids were received by the Contracts Division at RTD on Thursday, May 29, 2008 from Davey Coach $901,698.00; Startrans $886,802.00; Intermountain Coach $929,222.00.  Award is being recommended to Startrans, the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder in the amount of $886,802.00 upon General Manager’s approval.

 

·                     Request for Proposal No. 17DX001 State Legislative Liaison Services was issued on Thursday, May 1, 2008.  Two (2) Proposals were received by the Contracts Division at RTD on Thursday, May 29, 2008 and are being evaluated.

 

·                     Request for Quotation No. 08MR035 HP Server Maintenance was issued on Friday, April 18, 2008.  One (1) Quotation was received by the Contracts Division at RTD on Thursday, May 29, 2008.  Award is being made to T.I.G. in the amount of $80,496.00.

 

·                     Invitation for Bid No. 38DE001 East Metro Tenant Finish Upgrades – Vault Pulling Area was issued on May 5, 2008.  A Pre-Bid conference and walk-thru were held at RTD East Metro Maintenance Facility on Tuesday, May 20, 2008.  Two (2) Bids were received by the Contracts Division at RTD on Thursday, June 5, 2008 from Manion Construction $61,901.32 and Bergman Construction $67,781.00.  Award has been made to Manion Construction, the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder.

 

·                     Request for Quotation No. 08MR040 HP Procurve Switch Components was issued on Friday, May 9, 2008.  Eleven (11) Quotations were received by the Contracts Division at RTD on Thursday June 5, 2008.  Award is being recommended to Countertrade Products, the low, responsive, responsible bidder in the amount of $66,670.00.
